THE AGE System and Account Resolution Register
VANA and The Age, together are pleased to introduce this Resolution Register.
In this first for the Newsagency industry, Newsagents and industry partners – in this case, the Age – have established a tool to communicate with each other on-line.
The Resolution Register allows Newsagents to record issues they are currently experiencing with the new circulation, subscription and account management system recently introduced by The Age. Newsagents may list the issues they are experiencing and The Age will be able to respond by offering a solution or explaining when a solution will be available.
The Register may be accessed by a free log-in and is available for all Newsagents, Victoria wide.
VANA and The Age encourage all Newsagents to make use of this new Register. This is another great way your association and our industry partners are working together toward a common goal…
