The store also provides Amazon Hub & Toll/TNT parcel pick-up services, which assists in bringing new customers into the store and increasing foot traffic.
Palm Plaza Lotto was among the first wave of agents operating Amazon Hub parcel service.
Palm Plaza Lotto was voted the Best Retail Shop 2019 by the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Dandenong. In 2017 the Mayor of Dandenong acknowledged Sineth’s work for the Dandenong community and council.

Palm Plaza Lotto was featured on Channel 9’s The Morning Show in September 2019 when the $150 million Powerball draw was on. The shop is considered one of the luckiest shops in Victoria with 37 Division 1 Winners.
At Palm Plaza Lotto Dandenong, their first goal is to help the locals and contribute to the local community. During the pandemic lockdown, they kept making donations to those people and organisations in need and sold washable face masks at a very reasonable price.
