COVID-19 Update : Changes to restrictions in Victoria
Dear Members,
Late last night the Victorian Premier announced a return to harsher COVID-19 restrictions following an outbreak related to the Australian Open.
Up to 600 tennis players and support staff in Melbourne have been told to isolate and get tested after a hotel quarantine worker tested positive to Coronavirus.
Key points to note are:
- Masks must be worn inside
- Private gatherings again restricted to 15 people
- The shift to 75% workforce return paused
- Now 25% public sector and 50% private sector limit
