Today’s special editions of the Herald Sun, The Courier-Mail, The Daily Telegraph and The Advertiser will raise more than $1.5 million for bushfire relief. And The Weekly Times, the voice of the country, will also publish a special tribute edition. Together with other contributions announced previously, News Corp and its leaders are providing more than $10 million towards this vital relief and rebuilding work.
In the coming weeks and months we will champion the efforts of those communities to rebuild, and for businesses to recover.
Rest assured the funds raised will be targeted at ensuring those communities and their people have material support as they begin the task of rebuilding after suffering unfathomable losses.
