Somerville Lotto and News – Heidi Shu
Heidi Shu has continued her winning streak this year by taking out this award – jointly with Palm Plaza Lotto – off the back of her receipt of the inaugural Rookie of the Year Award in 2019.
Heidi is the owner of Somerville News and Lotto, situated on the scenic Mornington Peninsula. Heidi has owned the business for over four years. In that time, the newsagency has had a major overhaul in merchandising, marketing and the presentation of old and new products. This has elicited many favourable reviews for her initiatives and fortitude in realising that change must take place to continue the role of the newsagent in modern times.
Heidi and staff are proud of their achievements and this passion is reflected by the locals who support the business.
